The staff was amazing and provided exceptional service throughout the weekend. The suites were spacious and perfect for a family of four like us! Two great things about this place were that it offered a complimentary shuttle service within a two-mile radius of the hotel, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The pool was also quite big and the cocktail hour was a nice touch.

While everything was great, the digital TV stations didn't work very well during our stay. However, this was a minor inconvenience given the excellent service and facilities offered by the hotel.

Staff were amazing - Brandon was the best! Rooms were very accomodating for four people. Breakfast made the daily hotel rate very reasonable. The shuttle within the 2 mile radius is very worthwhile and the drivers were great!

The staff were terrific. Extra towels were provided quickly upon request. The suite was great for a family of four, plenty of room. The only thing that did not work great when we were there was the digital tv stations. The pool was very large, the cocktail hour was a nice feature, and the breakfast was awesome. The parking valet was excellent along with the FREE shuttle that took us anywhere in a 2 mile radius of the DT area. We plan in staying there again to see more of the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.

The staff was very helpful and pleasent. The suite was clean, roomy and comfortable. I have done extensive traveling and found your staff to be the best hotel staff I have ever come across. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
